New Contributor Series: Beatrice E.A. Sankah on Rehabilitation in Africa

As part of our commitment to providing diverse perspectives on rehabilitation, we are delighted to introduce a new series of articles from Beatrice Sankah (Lead, Evidence-based Practice Research Group at the Ghana Physiotherapy Association). Beatrice will be contributing to our newsletter, focusing on rehabilitation in Low and Middle Income Countries, particularly in Africa. We are thrilled to announce a new highlight of the 52nd National SIMFER Congress, happening in Padua from October 6-9, 2024—the PRM Italy Award! This exciting award will recognize the top three scientific abstracts presented in English by young researchers, under 40, who are members of SIMFER. Launched by this year’s Congress President and jointly sponsored by the College of Professors of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine and SIMFER, the award promises to bring the best of innovative research to the forefront.
