British Medical Journal published an opinion paper about the WHA resolution to Strengthen Rehabilitation in Health Systems

The British Medical Journal, one of the top 5 leading global medicine journals, gives space to rehabilitation and the World Health Assembly resolution to Strengthen Rehabilitation in Health Systems with an opinion paper co-signed by our Director, Prof. Stefano Negrini. The authors advocate for prioritizing global rehabilitation services, emphasizing the urgent need highlighted in the 76th World Health Assembly’s recent resolution.

Final publication of the REH-COVER action

The final and conclusive paper of the Cochrane Rehabilitation COVID-19 Evidence-basedResponse (REH-COVER) action has been published and is available here. We sincerely thank all the researchers who contributed to this project: Maria Gabriella Ceravolo, Elisa Andrenelli, Chiara Arienti, Alessandro de Sire, Valerio Iannicelli, Stefano Giuseppe Lazzarini, Francesco Negrini, Michele Patrini, Elisa Pollini, as well as the members of the International Multiprofessional Steering Committee.

Société Française de Physiothérapie (SFP)

Founded in 1936 by René Morice, J. Dupuis, and F. Buhour, the Société de Kinésithérapie quickly gained a large audience from practitioners seeking recognition.

In 1937, this pioneer society began publishing a journal named La Revue de Kinésithérapie, which served as a reference that disseminated up-to-date scientific knowledge. This initiative brought together a large number of practitioners—physiotherapists, masseurs, medical gymnasts, nurse-masseurs (qualified or not), and doctors—around the same practice: healing the body in pain through movement.
